Haben has over 4 years of consulting experience with McKinsey & Company and BC Strategy, advising client executive teams and senior management across Africa and Australia

He has functional expertise across a range of industries, with a focus on Financial Services, Real Estate and the Public Sector

Prior to his consulting experience, Haben spent 3 years as the Head of Civil Engineering Projects for an engineering start-up. He is also an active entrepreneur, having founded two companies in the Construction and Consumer Goods industries

Haben holds an MBA from Addis Ababa University College of Business and Economics, and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (4.0 GPA) from Addis Ababa Institute of Technology
