She has functional expertise across a range of industries, with a focus on Sustainability, Energy and Retail

Prior to joining McKinsey, Jolien worked at the University of Leuven as a Researcher, working on optimization and capacity analysis of railway networks in Belgium, in collaboration with external stakeholders from the national railway companies

Jolien graduated from the University of Leuven, Magna Cum Laude, with a Master's degree in Mathematics and two Bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics and Physics
